Where do you ship?

I'm super happy to say I ship worldwide! 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices vary with item and locations. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes any import taxes that may occur in your home country.

When will I get my order?

I aim to post your order within 2 working days of your order being placed. UK orders should arrive between 3 to 6 days. International orders should arrive between 7 to 10 days.

Hello Pumpkin cannot be responsible for any delays caused by postal or custom issues.

What are my payment options?

All orders are processed through Paypal. 

Can I return a product?

If you are unhappy with a product, simply email me at [email protected] and you can return the item in it's original packaging within 30 days of purchase. I am to respond to all emails within 48 hours unless stated otherwise.
